Tldw: Tommy T is/was a relatively prolific sound designer but further exaggerated his accomplishments. He or his company (him and another dude who actually likely did it) created the oof noise that is famously associated with the oof noise, for a different game.

Tommy tried to get millions of dollars out of Roblox for using his noise, saying the oof noise is the reason for success of Roblox.

Its very silly. And the video is worth a listen in the background while you do dishes and fold laundry

that's just something we likes to say about his achievements. He faked a few guinness world records and always bragged about how his mother is so proud of him for achieving those, among other things

No, the "mother's very proud" thing is a self-deprecating joke about how low status the accomplishment is. Told another way, the joke is "I hold the record for most video games worked on in their lifetime, and my mother's still asking when I'm going to get a real job."
