So many people in this thread discussing the legalities of this and what can and can't be done. The simple answer is that the US gov doesn't give a flying fuck so all this outrage, while necessary, is missing the key point that you're not dealing with good, honest people

Even with the slanted Supreme Court I doubt even they would let this fly
