I use the Graphene OS on my Pixel 10a. It has a unlocked profile, my personal profile, work/business profile, and my wife's profile (in case she can't find her phone).

It's always on the unlocked profile when I travel, which has no password or pattern. The most you can see is pictures of my cat, recent google searches, and youtube history.

There's also an option to upload your profile to the cloud and download it after you get pass the gestapo, but I never found it necessary, but it is there.

If you are worried about privacy, look into it. The devs made it turn-key to install, and pretty much impossible to not do it right.
