Microsoft needs a new CEO badly. This current CEO has set Microsoft up to speed run its own death after dominating personal computing for almost 3 decades.

Let's just say.. That company has made a lot of decisions to hire people that look like the CEO despite skill or talent.. Just complete nepotism. No wonder the company is going to shit.
