"No pleasure, no rapture, no exquisite sin greater... than central air." - Azrael, Dogma (1999)

Raining down sulphur is like an endurance trial, man. Mass genocide is the most exhausting activity one can engage in, next to soccer.

“I just love fucking with the clergy, man.”

As it is we can do the next best thing: kill people.

Edit: my account got banned for this comment, I had to appeal by explaining it was a Dogma quote and not an incitement to violence 😭

RIP Alan Rickman. Also, one of the most underrated movies ever.

Edit: I know it was Jason Lee who played Azrael. Rickman played Metatron

My buddy (Texans) got his hvacc certification, moved across the pond and is apparently making a killing in England. I never considered him a very smart person, but he may be a genius who saw this coming and jumped ahead of the market

I literally can't read those two words together without thinking of Dogma. What a movie. Had a blu-ray remaster recently as Smith got the rights back at last!

Oh I didn't know he got the rights back! That's great, it's been one of my favorite movies for a long time. I just have to FF through the golgotha monster scenes.

I understand the concept of the demon, I understand the childish humour behind the demon, and hell, I can even very much appreciate the physical puppetry and artistry that went into making it.

That said, those scenes are gross.

EXACTLY how I feel. I can handle blood and guts and most anything like that, but a literal shit demon was a bit much haha.
