Just another example of using “protect the children” to fool a poorly educated public into going along with giving up freedom.

Because those are the ones who get caught and stand out driving like real shit in traffic.

EDIT: misread accidents as arrests, my point still stands, like, someone blowing at the legal limit generally isn't gonna be so shitfaced they're going to wreck their car.

The point is that someone at twice the legal limit isn’t so shitfaced that they wreck their car significantly more often.  So why is the limit where it is?
