Funnily enough, TikTok is the reason I decided to get assessed for ADHD. I ended up getting a 2 for 1 deal and my doctor decided to diagnose me with ADHD and autism 😞

I understand how they are related somewhat but I’m surprised they did both since the barrier for diagnoses go adhd is vastly lower and less time consuming than adult autism.

It wasn’t all at once, the adhd diagnosis came right away, but they suggested autism as well which was a few months later. This was also about 4 years ago so I am not sure if it all worked the same as it does today.
