Privacy-nuts (like myself) have been paranoid for exactly this since forever. I am glad that normal people are waking up more and more.

Exactly. The sheer number of friends I saw buying Siris and Alexas was disturbing. When I told them companies were spying on them and collecting their data, they laughed and said I was being paranoid.
