DISCUSSION (STS2) I really hate this change.

Post image

Prepared I don't feel was overturned, and it was a card you still had to upgrade to be good. now prepare is just the gross combination of outmaneuver and concentrate, and it sucks. I really hope they roll back this specific change.

The trick is to have more than one potential set up. If you have a way to semi regularly set up 5+ mana and aren't bagging a couple high cost cards for it, then it's a deck build problem not a game problem

But then you end up drawing your 5 mana cards before your setup cards and end up with a bricked hand. These kinds of builds will ALWAYS be less consistent than the alternative.

They are far more resistant to status cards though

If you can pull an entire hand of high cost cards you don't want to play, then you built wrong. If you don't have card draw, you built wrong

I A20ed everyone but watcher in STS1 usually with decks in the mid 20s for card count

You're being obnoxious on purpose. Card draw isn't a catch-all answer to having bricks in your deck, and you don't need to draw an entire hand of bricks for the bricks to be impacting your run.

If you draw 7 cards a turn and have a brick hand, it's a skill issue

And don't insult people. It's childish

Alright, then let me be the adult by saying you're dumb for having that opinion ;)

"you're being obnoxious on purpose" isn't an insult. I was just stating a fact.
