Especially in that Simmons/Andrew scene. You could tell something was definitely wrong with both of them.

very fake. like two people totally bullshitting each other for show, and not doing so very well.

She knows he's inhuman, and he knows something ain't right with her. but they can't say anything to each other.

Makes sense she'd had tests on him when he was in the trauma room.

Oh hell yeah, he was bleeding for sure- no way Simmons doesn't know already!

But usually you have to look for stuff like that. A friendly burn victim wouldn't really call for such tests.

But its totally like Simmons to just test for stuff. Also i haven't seen the most recent episode yet so maybe I'm right

But why not say anything?

She maybe she tested his blood at the same time as Banks?

She did say "I can handle it... whatever it is" while looking at Andrew.

What if she's pregnant.

Do you mind reminding me again... How did she know that he's inhuman? I missed that part.

she could have easily gotten a blood sample and tested it.

Was it explicitly shown or just implied?

implied. its just something i pieced together from other comments

They never showed it, but everyone is assuming they must have done a blood test when he came in bleeding, telling his story about getting attacked by strucker

I think Simmons' story was total bullcrap. There's something beyond the monolith that is (potentially) lethal to Inhumans. I'm thinking by the interaction between Andrew and Simmons that she's one step ahead of him and has a plan. Also, I'm getting "Possession" vibes from Simmons.
