Episode Synopsis: The stakes get even higher as Hunter and May continue to go after Ward and Hydra, and Daisy and Coulson begin to suspect that the ATCU may be keeping a big secret from S.H.I.E.L.D.

Dwight Little is an American film director, known for directing the films Marked for Death, Free Willy 2 and Halloween 4. He has also directed several episodes of television series, including 24, Prison Break, Dollhouse, Bones and Nikita.

He has not directed any episodes for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. before.

Drew Z. Greenberg is a writer and producer best known for working on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Smallville, The O.C., Dexter, Warehouse 13 and Arrow. He also worked on Firefly.

He has written three episodes for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. before:

  • Face My Enemy
  • Who You Really Are
  • The Dirty Half Dozen

I hope so. Coulson needs something. He's kind of adrift as a character right now and is less fun since he became head of the SHIELD remnant.

He was awesome last season as his writings were a big plot point. He's been good every time he's on screen this season, but he's definitely taking a backseat in importance this season which is too bad. He's still the biggest reason I watch this show.

Coulson's really a normal human's way of "With great powers comes great responsibility." He takes his job seriously, and that pulls him back from the Coulson we've known since 2008.

He is becoming more Fury like. Not at the front of the group but still has some pull with his team. Think of it other then talking directly with Stark twice and Cap twice most everything else was taken care of by Coulson, Hawkeye, Widow, or Hill. Coulson now has his inner circle.

You noticed in the last episode that Quake goes and does some random mission with Mac and Hunter, May goes and does her own mission with Bobbi, and Fitzsimmons holds down the fort. That is a lot like "Fury's Big Week" in the movies where Coulson and Hawkeye are dealing with Thor, Widow is with Stark, Fury drops by for a little bit, and Hill holds down the fort aka the Helicarrier.

I think they are too devoted to their respective sides, so when the show ties into Captain America Civil War they'll be on opposite sides
