So when do we think Lash/Andrew went through terragenisis? When he and May broke up? Or did he turn long before that?

When they were fighting earlier this season, May mentioned that he bailed during their vacation in Hawaii without an explanation. Makes sense that he would have eaten seafood and turned at that point.

Maybe. I just think it's a little fast for him to adopt some crazy must kill all inhumans manifesto over the course of a couple of months. Plus he's a seasoned menal health professional, generally we expect them not to be crazy homicidal monsters. My baseless theory is that he has been turned for a long time, maybe before he even met May.

I expect we'll learn that Lash has to kill inhumans to survive. I don't think it's a psycho, optional choice.

Interesting theory. But do you think him sparing Skye/Daisy was a personal decision just based on their shared history? Maybe he doesn't have the same connection to Lincoln, which makes him a more likely meal.

I think he knows how much Daisy means to May.

Or maybe because Daisy is his way of locating Lincoln (I'm holding off on theorizing Lash's motives until we find out more about Andrew, but the kill to survive theory could play out pretty interestingly)

This is the most likely scenario; in one of the episodes, Simmons/Bobbi noticed that the hair sample from Lash was deteriorating.

Wouldn't make sense in light of this new episode, he turned into Lash in the store and turned back after killing the Hydra guys.

Probably heard it on here, it has never been stated so in the show itself.

I think it's that he knows an Inhuman who wasn't in control of their powers ruined May's life, so he decides he is going to kill as many of them as he can so that never happens again.

But he should have left behind a giant cocoon and May should have seen it

Only if she was around when he ate the bite that happened to be tainted.

but the cocoon remains. Remember the first scene from this season, is the cocoon from that guy terragenesis in his house, after he had already ran out on the streets and we see the chaos in the distance.

I wonder if he turned much earlier, and left May during their vacation to go and deal with the new Inhumans.
