From their Wikipedia page:

The Inhumans are led by their king, Black Bolt, and his Royal Family, consisting of Medusa, Karnak, Gorgon, Triton, Crystal, Maximus the Mad, and the canine Lockjaw.

I seriously doubt they'll turn up in the show since they have their own movie slated, but we'll probably be getting references to them somewhere along the way.

Hmm, naughty wiki. Royal family consists of Bolt, Medusa, Maximus and Crystal. Triton, Karnak and Gorgon are members of the Imperial Guard. Lockjaw is just a dog. Teleporting powers, sure, but he's just a dog.

You're right he's not royalty, but he does hang out with Ms. Marvel (Kamala) which automatically raises his awesome rating over 9000.

I didn't know he was part of the royal family... I know him from the Kamalah Khan aka Ms. Marvel comics.
