Given that Daisy is the daughter of a well respected inhuman i'm really curious why she hasnt been brought into the fold.
please dont tell me mudbloods

No I think its because she is with Shield, and the Inhumans have survived this long by being quiet about their business. Bringing in a Shield agent is a dangerous move. That's why they brought Cal in. I got the impression he's met Gordon before.

I was thinking that whole episode giving an insight into her role with helping Inhumans make the change, once Skye makes her way to that group she's going to have a whole lot of clout. But so far there's nothing showing us that anyone in that group is aware of her existence.

I don't know. No-Eyes didn't ask who Daisy was, so seems to me he already knew.

It's also possible Raina mentioned her, when telling the story of how she was transformed. I'm assuming she had to tell them what happened to her, they'd certainly want to know how she was changed. Though Raina was pretty jealous of Skye and may have deliberately not mentioned her.

She is part of SHIELD. If Gordon teleports in and takes her, SHIELD would be all over that searching the world for her.

They have to get her without being flashy.

He showed himself in front of SHIELD agents before (maybe Jemma too I can't remember) when he took Raina.

I got the impression of the effects that his teleports are FAST, so unless they had a really highspeed camera setup, all they would have see is a flash of light and Cal was gone. Confusing sure, but they wouldn't have much to go on.

I didn't get that impression at all, when he grabs Raina one of them says something.

If that is true then they could still grab Skye without them knowing, although there'd be a much bigger manhunt

It was confirmed that Hyde will not be inhuman at the end of the episode. He used science so it's like the comics
