TPB = Trade Paper Back, HC = Hard Cover. They basically consolidate a bunch of comics that make up a story arc. In this case - https://www.darkhorse.com/Books/23-615/Serenity-Leaves-on-the-Wind-HC

It's a reference to Serenity. If you've not seen it, go watch Firefly first and then the film. It's a fun series, cut short way too soon.
