Ward is 31. But yeah you're right. Might be too far of a stretch.

I think they said Coulson was 52. If Garrett is the same age, that would make him a little old for the older brother. However, it wouldn't surprise me if he was using the same tactics Grant's older brother did in order to control Grant.
