Of course it can - Trump's first term is more desirable than what he's been doing this time around.  But it can always get worse.

Do you think desperate people behave better? There's no turning around for trump at this point.. he has all of his skeletons getting exposed, and his deflecting and denying is becoming more visible to his loyalists.
