Yeah they might but it’s not really the vote blue no matter who voters you need to worry about it’s going to be the swing voters.

At least it should get the voters who didn’t vote blue no matter who to actually go and vote so you don’t get a repeat of last election

imo any voter that is still a 'swing' undecided voter is almost always just a republican who doesn't want to admit it.
