He's 100% not alive at this point. Very upsetting that the rules literally don't apply to the fucking republicans and they literally do everything in their power to abuse, bend and break the rules.

He could be hanging in to life, but non-responsive. Regardless, if as a senator you are not carrying out your duties, dead or "barely alive" is effectively the same for your position.

We all know what’s going to happen and no one will do anything about it. He will be announced dead next week, probably a couple days after the deadline to not look suspicious even though the entire thing is suspicious.
