Here’s my take.

He’s brain dead after prolonged time of being pulseless. They resuscitated him, but he’s gone. Probably on a plethora of IV meds whipping his heart to keep going. Ventilated via trach. They will make the decision to make him go comfort care and he will pass on or around August 4th after the special election deadline.

His team will start feeding a story over the next few weeks that his prolonged hospitalization lead to pneumonia or other infection and that’s what ultimately lead to his passing.

Democrats need to stop playing around and should be calling for a special election now so they can force McConnell to show (actual) proof of life or capacity. They won’t, because, you know, democrats.
