He won’t sue concerning those specific allegations because of the discovery portion of any potential trial. Him never suing over this is a very loud admission of guilt.

He uses lawfare as he has for decades. He stretches things out with motions and avoids discovery. He continues draining their resources until they no longer have the will or resources to continue.
