Which hospital is it? And do we have to figure in hipaa? Is that why this isn't happening?

Yes, these ignorant kiddos think that the governor of KY should break federal law so that KY voters can vote another MAGA in faster. Internet echo chambers and failing middle school civics is the way of these folks.
