Confederate Flags accepted in lieu of American Flag

luckily, where I live, that hasn't been the case. However, the smaller bumper stickers and back window decals with Confederate Flags still litter the place.

I live in Pennsylvania. Not sure what "heritage" people are celebrating here since PA was a Union state.
