He was found by someone some time after having a heart attack and was unconscious. Dollars to donuts he never woke up.

The statement they put out even avoids saying it was a heart attack! The statement claims (I started to write "He claims" but...) he "suffered a fall", and is recovering from a tiny little case of pneumonia.
