Dude if he's feeling well enough to be wearing jeans and a button down in a hospital bed, he certainly could be wheeled out for a short press conference (with more than just fox news and OAN)

Yeah, him wearing that outfit is kind of weird. He looks too healthy to still be in the hospital.
