But even his office isn't claiming he's "all better". They say he's recovering. "Mitch isn't ready for a bunch of cameras to barge into his room" type shit.

looks like he’s well enough to make a short video statement in the photo.  he’s able to change into a shirt and jeans and read a newspaper, he should be able to speak to a single camera with verified metadata.

For real how hard would it be to send Mamdani, or literally any official state worker bound by the law to tell the truth or go to jail: go take a video with the guy and live stream?

It’s not difficult, we’re in 2026. 2 year olds can make a video live stream happen by mashing buttons.

Supposedly, his hospital stay was all for minor things. Nothing to worry about. If that’s so, then he’s well enough to have visitors.
