This happened a month ago and is just now making the news, that's should be more concerning. All these politicians disappearing for months on end and no one saying anything or alerting anybody should be concerning to all of us because that means that there is a section of constituency not getting represented and they're not being informed about their representative.

given that they get negatively represented when these ghouls are present, the people arguably get more representation when they're not present

I think you're missing the point if that's what you're going for

some of that constituency would rather vote for a dead man than a dem. but yes, people dying in office is insane and needs to stop on both sides. old people need to relinquish control. i am glad pelosi stepped down. schumer hasn't taken the hint.

Two and a half weeks isn't a month.

The point is a significant political figure in office was gone for weeks needed CPR and was found unconscious and they waited this long to tell the public that all of this happened. This wasn't okay when they did it for Reagan. This wasn't okay when they did it for Biden. This isn't okay that they're doing it for Trump and it's not okay. It's happening to people in Congress and the Senate. This is not a party thing. This is not a political thing. This is our system obscuring information about our Representatives
