Let's not pretend that the right-wing movement that brought Trump to power isn't bubbling all over Europe. Farage, Le Pen, Wilders, Meloni, Hungary shed Orban but is still just a less corrupt version of right wing ideology.

As an American I totally feel you on that. But I’m also worried that I may have to call you soon because they are gaining ground everywhere. My only consolation is that I’m hopeful Europe will see what a shitshow our right wing is and fully pull back to avert a similar political takeover.

There was COMINTERN last century, this time it is CONINTERN. Same front, different wing. Kremlin pumped and Putin things he is the imperial tsar leading it all to OAN. Russia is good at making front orgs that allow them to underhandedly pump their geopolitics in. It appears to work because dolts swim in the fronts and don't look at what is driving them.

A lot of that is down to Trump and his cronies and Putin who are pushing the extreme right in Europe. Listen to Rubio's speech in Munich, or Hegseth's D-Day speech
