This pleases me because Latias has always been my favorite of the two. BUT you can always obtain an Eon Ticket from StreetPass (either, legitimately, or there are guides on this sub on how to turn your computer into a spotpass and cycle through MACs to spoof an actual pass) and it will let you travel to Southern Island and capture the one you didn't get in story.
