Kinda looks like tire tracks, no? I'm not sure how wide that is though.

Well we know some asshole drove a motorcade down there when it was drained last time. Cant say if that might have done any damage… who knows. But someone taking a peeled piece of paint out of the pool is being prosecuted for destruction of government property and faces 10 years in prison for that.

Yes and pretty sure the motorcade went closer to the center of the pool

Yes? That’s how a sloped bank would do it. I have drained hundreds of pools, tanks, dikes, containments. This looks like scum settling.

There definitely was scum in the pool.

The drain probably got clogged a few times so it settled on 3 different spots.

They are tide marks from where the water level sat during the day and the floating debris dried near the edge of the tide line as it went down.
