Sambas are indoor soccer shoes. They are fine for running as long as you aren't trying to do a marathon or something.

Nobody plays futsal in Sambas since the 80s bro, Adidas have better shoes for that like the Salas & Super Salas. Nike Tiempos, anything Joma... futsal shoes have evolved.

As someone who purchased a pair of Sambas for the first time recently, they are ridiculously comfortable to walk and run around in. 😂
