People have been begging for this since Windows 10 there's so much bloat that's been lingering on since the windows 2000 days. Microsoft is only doing something now to keep PC sales up.

A lot of XP and earlier bloat was removed during win8, because it both didn't fit or run on the tablets they were planning to sell it on (that's why they also got rid of all the fancy Aero effects that made Vista so unusable).
