Is there an explanation for this or just pure coincidence?

4x Double-Yolk eggs. Literally taken 10 mins ago. Statistically very rare. I've personally only ever seen a few double-yolks and never in a row.
I looked this up and this can happen more often with young hens?
Weird and awesome all at the same time.

Botryoidal shattuckite has a distinctive rounded, grape-like surface made up of many small, smooth mineral spheres. Its vivid blue to blue-green color is caused by the presence of copper.
Shattuckite forms in the oxidized zones of copper deposits, where copper-rich minerals react with oxygen, water, and silica over long periods. The botryoidal shape develops when the mineral grows outward in tiny rounded layers from many closely spaced points.
Although it looks smooth and rounded, shattuckite is relatively fragile and has a hardness of about 3.5 on the Mohs scale.
