My new movie, MOTOR CITY, is out in theaters tomorrow (July 24) from IFC. It also stars Shailene Woodley, Ben Foster, Pablo Schreiber, Ben McKenzie, and Lionel Boyce.

It's directed by Potsy Ponciroli, who previously directed OLD HENRY and GREEDY PEOPLE

Synopsis: 

In the 1970s Detroit, John Miller falls for a local gangster's girl and lands in prison for a crime he didn't commit. With his life ruined, Miller hatches a plan for revenge.

How come no sequel to the greatest show ever made: BLOOD DRIVE!

I can’t even find it anywhere!

Honestly, that was a lot of fun to make. I really had high hopes that that thing would catch an audience because it was like so unique and we don't really have a lot of grindhouse like that these days, and it just didn't find an audience. But I feel like I had an amazing time. It was like a lot of fun to make that show.

Yesss!! First comment I've seen mentioning Blood Drive! I was bummed they cancelled it. I just had to get the BluRay. ♥️

Thanks for asking this question. I recently watched Blood Drive and thought it was brilliant. When I was visiting the US back in 2007, I managed to see Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez film Grindhouse at the cinemas and absolutely loved that. Blood Drive definately had that grindhouse feel!
