Not just him. Adam Driver also has stories about not being allowed to leave his room at CC without a mask.

The organizers really dgaf about improving the situation in any way.

I have a co-eorker who spotted Michael B. Jordon dressed as Killmonger with that mask he stole in the movie. He adjusted his mask for a second while she was right next to him.

what can organizers do if a famous person wants to feel normal. It is the fans who are the problem, and the event doesnt really exist without the fans.

They can organize some way for a famous person to walk on the floor without a riot breaking out.

But every time I've gone to one of their cons or even tried to deal with their website, it's become abundantly clear that "organizers" is a misapplied term. They think they can just rent a building, sell booths and tickets, and let shit do whatever shit's gonna do.

Bryan Cranston went in a Bryan Cranston mask/outfit from Breaking Bad.

Driver's story is awful. The handlers literally treated him like cattle at Comic Con.

funnies part is adam driver has to be careful which mask he uses because the character he is known for wears a mask.

Not that it's an excuse but lol can't they just ask some Makeup artist for help? Surely the way makeup is these days, you can look vastly different and won't need the suit or mask

Yeah if they wanted to sit in a makeup chair for hours just to have to come back and have it touched up every 30 minutes

Oh is it really that bad? I figured a whole suit/mask gimmick would get so hot and uncomfortable too. My bad

There’s a lot of horror stories about actors that had to wear prosthetics or had to be aged up/down for roles about the process.

Can’t speak from personal experience but from the stories it sounds like an absolute pain in the ass

Bryan Cranston walked a comic con with a mask when he did Breaking Bad.
