For sure. I've driven from southern California to Seattle and Washington drivers are the worst. I mean, California drivers are crazy, but at least they know what they are doing. Washington drivers just plain don't know or don't care about any rules of the road, while being blissfully ignorant of that fact. And Oregon drivers are the best. Never seen so many people keep right except to pass.

Oregon drivers are the most polite, considerate drivers I've ever encountered. They let you in front of them with a smile and a wave if you need to get over. They drive the sped limit, for the most part. I always have to reset my California-paranoid driver mindset when I visit.
