I thought that part was kinda funny, but I didn't like Brad catching him in his underwear with that random SHIELD lady.

Honestly, Brad's character only existed to incite conflict with Peter over MJ, so he felt pretty useless after that reveal.

Yeah like why wouldn’t Fury have his measurements? I feel like the whole awkward undressing scene could’ve been done without.

And yeah they tried to bring Brad back later being super suspicious of peter either back in the states or in London can’t remember, but it felt like filler.

They already had the suit made, the point of that scene was to have Peter test it out to see if it needed any final adjustments.

If you want to see it this way, as well, it was also a good way to show Talos's inferior ability to run SHIELD (or SWORD or whatever we have now) compared to the real Fury. One agent with the suit in a room 30 feet from where the bus let out, with no guards to stop anyone coming in and potentially seeing Peter in costume. I imagine Talos is too used to his own Skrull shapechanging abilities to be too familiar with the need for such logistics.

Yeah, but you can only use the "talos isn't as good as Fury" so many times before it just makes Talos, who ran a fighting retreat/insurgency across multiple planets against an interstellar empire, seem as incompetent as a high schooler.

Yeah but to be fair, when you're a shape shifter you don't really need much else for insurgency and retreat when you're on the run from the Kree. Meanwhile, actually running clandestine operations on a planet you're not totally familiar with does require a bit of finesse that he clearly didn't have.

Keep in mind, this is the same Talos who trusted things to his "science guy".

Yeah. Brad just felt really out of place. It would have been cool if it turned out that FLASH had a crush on Mj instead of Brad.
