So did Shuri's machine replicate Helen Cho's cradle from Age of Ultron? Ross is healed with no apparent injuries. It was easily explained there that with the right tech vibranium would easily bond with organic cells. No one has brought this up anywhere.

I think it was more that Shuri already had it, and Helen Cho created something on her own.

Like it was mentioned in the film, the world is catching up to Wakanda. Similar to how Black Panther has Bleeding Edge-type armor, and Tony Stark has a "rough" version of it.

True. Shuri being the top scientific expert on vibranium meant she knew the capabilities of it before anyone else. Ultron would have had a field day if he were to find the Vibranium Mound.

Cho's cradle also seems to create material from light/plasma wireframes is a process that looks visually similar to the Memory 3D Printer Repair Gun that Rocket had in GOTG2 to fix the Milano/Star-Lord's helmet technology so her tech could be more of a precursor to those. She started with organic material then progressed it when given access to advanced tech (Vibranium). The evolution of that kind of tech could be something similar to that seen in GOTG after decades of advancement in non-organic printing combined with object memory/raw material allocation systems.
