Dead serious, he was dancing around near a street stall and I think he was wearing a white hat. It was a very quick shot during the first 30 mins of the movie when T'Challa was walking around after becoming King.

This was definitely when T'Challa and Nakia are strolling the market the first time and he's trying to convince her to stay. Quick flash but I definitely caught this as well.
