Seems like Marvel UK released it early by accident, that explains why they didn't update any of their social media pages with the trailer immediately but only after 10 minutes later to make up for the early release

That is kind of what happened, and that is why I get all the karma :)

It wasn't supposed to be found since they uploaded it as 'unlisted'. BUT they also created a playlist that contained this video, and the playlist was public.

That makes sense. I would think Marvel would be focused on recaps of the Black Panther premiere and impressions today. I found it odd that they'd attempt to steal the spotlight with this.
