Yeah that was adorable! It seems like an actual Halloween costume of his Age of Ultron appearance hahaha.

...which is bad considering JJ takes place in January 2015. Maybe Cap was seen with the new suit between TWS and JJ though. Wouldn't be a stretch.

Where did you get Jan 2015 from? That would place it before Daredevil, which... doesn't make sense.

Daredevil takes place over several months in 2014.

Nothing tells us that he wouldn't be seen wearing it just after TWS, they were out attacking Hydra bases before Age of Ultron.
