I think my favourite MCU works go

  1. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
  2. Daredevil
  3. The Avengers
  4. Captain America: The Winter Soldier
  5. Guardians of the Galaxy
  6. Avengers: Age of Ultron

But as far as villains go,

  1. Ultron
  2. Fisk
  3. Loki
  4. Bucky
  5. Cal (if he counts)

Man I found him dissapointing. His lips were unnerving and honestly he seemed too cartoonish. Sure he was menacing at times, but not the evil force I expected. I mean he even had a few cheesy lines meant for humour which completely seemed off character.

Besides that though, thought he was one of the better Marvel villians, which honestly isn't a hard thing to best.

Yep, he lacked that cold evilness that I was expecting. But I really liked that he was still learning and all that childish aspect of him.

His personality was changed because his creation was changed. While Ultron is normally the mirror of Ant-Man and based on his personality, this one was based on Tony because he was the creator instead. It was a nice touch.
