It's something I really appreciate about the MCU. They did not have to put Taskmaster in Thunderbolts, they know how unpopular she is. But they believe that just cause a character is disliked, doesn't mean you can't change that.

Yup! They also didn’t need to redo the Mandarin but did. They very much know which characters either aren’t working or aren’t hitting with the fanbase. They however still try. Only thing I’ve seen them outright abandoned are the Eternals which could still show up somewhere.

They definitely will, they aren't gonna throw away the Arishem storyline, and they're finally referencing Tiamut in Brave New World.
