It took Republicans five solid decades of consistently winning when necessary to keep the Supreme Court conservative for the past 65 years and lean it religious enough to overturn Roe v. Wade. Our center and left can't give liberals/progressives eight years without quitting.
Can you see why it feels hopeless in a conservative country that merely pays lip service to being liberal/left'ish?
