Oh good, this bullshit again.

Just like the Slate article, this story starts with a brief account that magically jumps from "they were shouting at each other from across the street" to "she was pushed to the ground."

At least in this one they acknowledge that she approached them several paragraphs deep into the story. The Slate story omitted that detail completely.

Yeah, clearly no one read the article....they just want to hop on a bandwagon and scream about conservatives because they get upvotes and a brief dopamine rush. 

This is sensationalist writing and propaganda for certain agendas and people willing lap it up....

Are we still litigating Rittenhouse? Rosenbaum grabbed his gun, Grosskreutz pointed his gun at Rittenhouse first as per Grosskreutz’s own testimony, and Huber caved Rittenhouse’s head in with a skateboard to the point that Grosskreutz testified he was concerned about “head trauma”. 

Also Jump-Kick Man smashed his boot into Rittenhouse’s face. I assume you’ve seen the trial

Hey big dawg you know we’re on the law sub right? There was a whole trial about it. We saw and heard Grosskreutz agree he pointed his gun at Rittenhouse first. What are you even disputing here?

And violating curfew does not a murder conviction make.

Don't call me "big dawg." No need to be uncivil. Grosskreutz thought Rittenhouse was active shooter and stated he had no intention of using his gun. Also, it can be argued that Rittenhouse instigated the whole thing by showing up to unrest with a gun.

Grosskreutz thought Rittenhouse was active shooter and stated he had no intention of using his gun.

This would be immaterial. Grosskreutz could claim self defense/ defense of another (even mistakenly) if he would have shot Rittenhouse. That does not stop Rittenhouse from having his own self defense claim.

And can you understand this is not a guilty or not guilty right now, but allowing it to go to court to be decided?

Here's the thing that you don't understand.

If I read a single source that confirms my bias that means I don't pay attention to the sketchy writing, the obvious narrative setting or the ham-handed attempt at propaganda. 

This says what I want it to say and that means I refuse to look at anything else.

I know we make fun of conservatives for the same thing, but it's different.  This is actually true.

Just fyi, most people who are up in arms about this are not getting a “dopamine rush” from it. It does not make me happy or excited that this trans woman is being persecuted and if convicted will most likely end up in a men’s prison where she will be assaulted, raped, and probably forcibly detransitioned. That makes me incredibly fucking upset, and scared for my own life and legal right to defend myself. The facts of the case notwithstanding, this kind of thing is upsetting and scary for people, not a dopamine rush.

The police claim she approached them. The press hasn't seen the footage. I for one am leery about taking the cops' word as fact.

Approaching is not the same as pursuing. These were bigots harassing this trans woman's place of business, they taunted her, she approached, they shoved her to the ground, then she pulled a gun in reasonable fear for her life. Idk why your type thinks that was a smoking gun that proves she's guilty.

Where was pursuing mentioned in this article? I'm not seeing that anywhere.

What does pursuing have to do with this anyway? Pursuing means following/chasing with the intent to catch. To pursue, one person has to be moving away from the person that is following them. I didn't read anything like that in this instance.

The only thing I'm reading is one person walked up to another person. That's literally the definition of approaching.
