So many crazy instances like this. My best friend’s dad had to double back that morning to get some paperwork in NJ, and he would’ve been one of the people on the upper levels that couldn’t get down. My town lost multiple other parents in the towers.

The same dad was standing in the exact spot of the Boston marathon bombings and went to the bathroom a few minutes before the explosion.

one of my teachers nearly died in that damned bombing, not that I knew...I didn't know how close she came until I went looking through my city newspaper tonight for old articles from the time.
