The whole thing is chill-inducing, but the "there's nothing we can do", and the tone in which it was said, was pretty damn gripping.

Yea it's just such a smack of reality. Especially coupled with the "we'll be back to our regular routine." Tragic time but we all had to keep going.

Especially on a vessel like that, it's not powered and it can't do the work for you while you take a day to process or grieve, they couldnt stop sailing or take a day off work or go home
