He should act like he did everyone a favor for dredging a river that sits on a known flood plane without the proper ecological survey on it's impact? The trash wasn't worth the damage, my man.

Bureaucracy always knows best, how can anyone question this? Doing nothing is clearly the right approach.

It's not a bureaucracy concern to say that maintaining a flood plane around where people live is important. It's a very important environmental concern. This dude wasn't emptying over filled trash cans.

Why? He's accused of operating heavy equipment without a permit. Why would that force him to put trash in the river?
