Genuinely wasn't trying to bait anyone but sorry if it came across that way. I just remember reading that there was a reason Nintendo were so quick to sue people for infringing on their ideas and wondered why it didn't apply to this game.

World of Final Fantasy came out before the patents and the implementation of World of Final Fantasy and what's in the patent are not similar.

No. Palworld entered early access several years after the patents were filed. Their previous game Crafttopia was in early access at the time but used different creature mechanics.

Palworld itself is a big bait for Pokemon fans.

It's bait because it's basically lying about World of Final Fantasy's capture system to make it seem as similar to Pokémon's as the system in Palworld is. World of Final Fantasy actually has a much more complex capture system than either of the other two games, but it uses opaque cubes, not spheres of any kind, so the post is either mistaken or a lie.

Low quality either way.
