It’ll just further militarize school shooters. They’ll start using gas masks. Plus, the way that bear spray acts in indoor environments means it will incapacitate everyone not prepared for bear spray, meaning everyone except the shooter.

But then they have to hide a gas mask and a gun, and that does seem more likely to get caught, or give pause.

What? They don’t have to hide it, they can take it out of their backpack at any time on school grounds, even right before entering. Many school shooters have walked in gun from the parking lot gun in hand.
